Beautiful and high quality jewellery for an affordable price!!

My partner bought me played gold Pearl drop earrings from here for Christmas and I have loved them and worn them everyday even in the shower and had absolutely no discolouration or damage which is unheard of for this price to be honest.

I repurchased and bought 2 rings in plated gold, beautiful blue stones and very high quality same as earrings and second ring was a half circle one which is also but slight bendy so more of a only occasionally wear type but still STUNNING!!! Will buy again and have already recommended so many times

I ordered two rings from their website for my partner. We got an email saying our order was delivered but we didn't receive anything. I reached out to them, indicating the problem professionally. The reply I got was
" Oh no! I see it was signed for by XXX (my partner's name); does that ring any bells?"

I told them again that we didn't receive or signed anything. They told me they had the delivery proof from FedEx and we should ask our neighbors. When I checked the document they sent me, the address was not the same as the one I entered on their website, which I have proof of.

Now, They don't take responsibility for giving the wrong address to FedEx and expect us to track our order and deal with FedEx. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I am super happy with the necklace I purchased from Linjer. The delicate chain is the star of the piece for me. That paired with the sizable and uniquely shaped baroque pearl make this an eye catcher. I've received compliments every time I've worn it.

Me and my fiancé were looking for an engagement ring for me after his very sweet proposal (that had included a cheap placeholder ring since he wanted us to pick something out together). I fell in love with the Ilse luxe ring with four uneven diamonds, to go with my simple gold wedding band. We unfortunately missed the date by one day for a xmas campaign on their website that would mean a severe price reduction (especially on something this expensive), so I reached out to their customer service and they were nice enough to give us the discount anyway! They have been super sweet and stayed in touch to follow up on our order til the end. Very easy going staff and a beautiful yet affordable ring that I will cherish forever! I am very happy with my shopping experience.

Their return policy is ridiculous. I paid almost $600 for a ring that looked great in the picture, but was cheaply manufactured. They claim their jewelry is hand made, but this ring was clearly machine cut, and unfinished. The band was square and had sharp edges. I tried to return it and they wouldn't let me, because they said it was scratched. I returned it after one week. This company sucks.

Oh, now they're claiming it was "badly scratched." This is a 14k gold ring. They sent me a photo of these "scratches." They were so light they looked like they could have been there when I got it. This kind of gold "scratches" very easily. This kind of gold also polishes very easily. My review stands. This is cheaply made jewelry and the return policy is terrible. Save your money and buy real jewelry from a reputable jeweler.

"I hope you will find a home for this piece." I think we both know it's not worth the money, which is why you have such a ridiculous return policy. If you stood behind your product you would take it back, like any other reputable company, but you don't. You dump it on your customers, and run when they complain about the quality.

You heard them, folks. Their return policy is clearly stated. Don't do business with companies like this. You have been warned.

Fleeced me for £21 delivery (for a 20gram item) and then charged me another £7 to return it when I wasn't happy with the quality. I am £28 down for no products. No other ecommerce does this (to my knowledge)... free returns are absolutely standard now.

The product I ordered was a men's gun metal classic watch, a superb product, which I wear with pride.

I purchased three items, which were all beautiful and exceptional quality. I did return one of the items as I decided it wasn't my style. Return process was easy and customer service response was great. Highly recommended!

Rings were a gift which sadly don’t get worn. The gold isn’t a pretty light gold as it appears in the photos. It’s a much darker gold which makes them look cheap and they tarnished almost from new. The stones look dull and scuffed. Have only worn rings once. Watch is also a darker gold colour than expected and never been worn. Disappointing unfortunately.

I have purchased several items from Linjer - a few rings, a necklace, a watch, jewelry case, and some gifts as well - and have been very happy with all of my purchases! The items are lovely and I get compliments on them all the time. I really appreciate the price point for quality jewelry that I wear daily, and also the sustainability aspect is a big reason why I continue to buy from Linjer. They have become my go-to for my own jewelry collection, as well as the first place I recommend to friends and family!

I bought the Doctor Bag a few months ago. Just love it from Day 1: the caring packaging with a cloth bag and beautiful box, plus a thank you card signed by the two co-founders and a life long warranty 🤩. Wow that was a plus. Just love the bag, the workmanship, the design.
Customer service proved amazing/ I had a bit of a problem a few days ago/ my bag couldn't open. I wrote to them and almost immediately they responded and encouraged me to tuck & pull at it and asked me to go ahead & let them know how it went. I knew they would help me regardless the outcome.
